Gentle Mixed Ability - A class for those who require or prefer a gentler practise. This mindful Yoga class focuses on the here and now through techniques to strengthen and stabilise the body, whilst aiding healthy movement and calming the mind. The class incorporates simple postures, flowing sequences, breath awareness, and a led relaxation.
 

Over 50's A class aimed at the over 50's, who may require or prefer a gentler practise. This mindful Yoga class focuses techniques to strengthen, stabilise and improve healthy range of movement in the joints, whilst calming the mind. The class incorporates simple postures, flowing sequences, breath awareness, and a led relaxation.

 
Mixed Ability A class for all ages and abilities, to suit both those new to Yoga and those with some experience who prefer a more active practice. This mindful Yoga class focuses on the here and now through techniques to strengthen and stabilise the body, whilst aiding healthy movement and calming the mind. The class incorporates more complex postures, flowing sequences, breathing techniques and a led relaxation.
