Scaravelli inspired Yoga is about rediscovering your body's natural movement, to release unnecessary effort and tension in the body and mind, leaving you feeling calm, comfortable and grounded. A slow, gentle, mindful practice of yoga that allows you to look within and actually see, to feel and actually notice how your body moves and how your mind feels.

Mixed Ability - A class for all ages and abilities, to suit both those new to Yoga and those with some experience. This mindful Yoga class focuses on the here and now through techniques to strengthen and stabilise the body, whilst aiding healthy movement and calming the mind. The class incorporates more complex postures, flowing sequences, breathing techniques and a led relaxation.
Mixed Ability (Thursday Evening) - An evening Yoga class for those looking to soften, settle, release and relax. Suitable for all ages and abilities, both those new to Yoga and those with some experience. This mindful Yoga class focuses on mindful movements to gradually calm the body and mind before settling into stillness at the end of the class with calming breathing techniques, and a led relaxation. Leaving you feeling relaxed, renewed and restored.
