About North Kent Yoga 


I'm Julie Dodd, I founded North Kent Yoga in 2009.


I teach Vanda Scaravelli inspired Yoga because I believe it can improve the lives of the people who practice it, as is has for me. Before bringing Yoga into my life in 2001 I struggled with anxiety, low self esteem and a lack a confidence. I also suffered from ongoing joint pain. A regular Yoga practice has pathed the way for positive changes in my life, feeling calmer, happier and more stable:-  

  • Gaining a positive outlook on life.
  • Developing a tool kit or calmness within me to manage daily life.
  • learning postures and techniques to manage pain and stabilise joints.

 I endeavour to pass this knowledge onto you so that you may feel the same way.
