About North Kent Yoga 

 

North Kent Yoga was founded in 2009 by Julie Dodd.

 
 

Julie has been practicing Yoga regularly since 2001 and has been teaching since 2008.  In that time Yoga has pathed the way for positive changes in her life, feeling more calm, happy, stable and, more comfortable. She endeavour's to pass these positive changes onto her students, so that they may feel the same way.

 
Julie teaches in a way that helps her find inspiration, drawing from experiences in her personal practice, teaching practise and that of other teachers, particularly those inspired by Vanda Scaravelli. Julie encourages you to observe and listen to your body and mind. Observe your posture, how you move, sit, stand, and breathe. and if you are holding unnecessary tension. She wants you to enjoy yourself and learn to relax. This will enable you to bring good calm healthy posture, movement and mind into your every day life.
